If you are in Brazil, you will be able to see the Natura Face store. If you are from a different country click HERE to get it in your Starplaza dressing room.

For the second lipstick you have to enter a contest.

Paste http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=1686 into the URL bar and hit enter. 

Log in.

Answer the question then go to your normal Stardoll account.

The lipsticks will be in your beauty parlor.
