-Go to http://webwarper.net/

3. Go to your Beauty Parlour and it will be in your makeup section!

but i didn't use webwarper. use any american proxy site, login, and then paste the url www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=1087 on the proxy address bar.
