Get a free DOT Eye Liner on stardoll by dressing up this doll. This is currently for russian region only, but for some reason i can see it and im from US. I couldnt see it before because i had to use manual proxy, but now i can see it without manual proxy, its weird.
Just dress up the doll and save it. The bag will appear in your medoll editor.
Anyways if you cant see it normally:

IMPORTANT: I noticed something that might help when you use proxies is clearing your cache! If you use lots of proxies some info might stay on your computer. Like a memory. SO clearing your cache will help remove the memory of the previous proxy and make the new one from another country work.

It didn't work for me. The manual Proxy didn't.
I used myproxy.ca and it brought me to the page that you showed then it brought me to the contest page.
What am I doing wrong?

it is still working, clear your cache.
Go to Tools > Clear Private data
I tried it and its working, but it wont work if you dont clear it.

The proxy doesn't work..
well.. thatgirlsophy when do you clear it and i have the newer windows how do i clear it on that and,oh saw the post for the enchanted dress and im getting realy frusterated its working but when i sign in and click the link it does not work but when i dont it works but it wont let me save my scenery ? srry for bothering ..i have been trying to do this ever since 8:00 clock in the morning !

You said you have the newer version of windows, but that shouldnt matter the browsers are still the same. I use firefox.
