Im from US and these show up under magazine, but some may need a (US) web proxy. Use myproxy.ca close all ads if they pop up. Then type in these addresses, log in and continue.

Im form Sweden and it didnt work with US web proxy. Think need to use manual proxy, but can someone send me the numbers?
